3.3 Reliability and punctuality: University drivers play a crucial role in maintaining efficient transportation services by being reliable and punctual. They need to adhere to designated schedules, pick up and drop off passengers promptly, and make sure that everyone reaches their destinations on time.

3.4. Customer service: University drivers often interact with a diverse range of individuals, including faculty, staff, students, and guests. Providing excellent customer service is essential, which involves being polite, courteous, and helpful to passengers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with any special needs or requests.

3.5. Vehicle maintenance: University drivers may be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of university-owned vehicles. This includes conducting routine checks, reporting any mechanical issues or damages, and ensuring that vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

3.6. Compliance with policies and regulations:

3.8. Other. The university driver is also responsible for performing additional tasks and fulfilling other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Transportation Office from time to time.
