The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before reaching customers. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that products conform to specifications, regulations, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Testing and Inspection:
  • Perform routine tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Utilize various analytical techniques, instruments, and methods to assess product quality.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, document, and analyze test data to identify specification deviations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and communicate results to relevant departments.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on data analysis.
  • Ensure Compliance:
  • Ensure all testing procedures adhere to established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
  • Maintain Quality Control Documentation:
  • Keep accurate records of tests, inspections, and other quality control activities.
  • Maintain and update quality control procedures and manuals as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Quality Issues:
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with production teams to identify root causes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality deficiencies.
  • Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:
  • Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to schedules.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and arrange for repairs as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Range: 17,000 to 18,000 pesos. (Still negotiable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
