Guest Relations & F&B Service Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, perform buzzing, and assist in VIP Rooms with all Food & Beverage needs of VIP players.
• Responsible for serving Food & Beverage orders, including complimentary water and coffee, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Prioritize and deliver Food & Beverage requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet guests warmly and engage with them courteously on the gaming floor.
• Provide table-side service and ensure guests' needs are consistently met throughout their stay.
• Assist in handling loyalty/membership transactions, redemptions, and related services.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and F&B team to ensure timely order delivery and accommodate special requests.
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and marketing campaigns on the gaming floor.
• Collaborate with hotel, gaming, and guest services teams to deliver seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on PAGCOR regulations and ensure strict compliance with all protocols.
• Maintain guest records, update player profiles, and document service notes and guest preferences.
• Actively participate in player acquisition activities both on-site and off-site, engaging potential players, promoting casino products and services, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract new guests and strengthen loyalty among existing patrons.

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month

• Cafe/ Fine Dine Restaurant: 2 years (Required)
