About the role

We are seeking a talented Quality Project Management Engineer to join our team at AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.' in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for engineering projects.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve project quality and efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance projects within the QA department.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets focused on quality improvement.
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation efforts using tools like FMEA.
  • Oversee root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Facilitate communication between QA and other departments to maintain alignment on quality goals.
  • Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and present updates to QA management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or FDA regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or Quality Management.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management or project management role, preferably in the engineering industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance plans and processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
