About the role

As a Store OIC at Kings Manpower Cooperative, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of one of our retail stores located in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving our business goals.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of store associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock to meet customer demand
• Handling cash management, including processing sales, reconciling cash, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Implementing and enforcing store policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of the store
• Collaborating with the regional management team to achieve sales and operational targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail store management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and data analysis
• Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
