Job Title: Construction Estimator / Takeoff Specialist

Job Type: Full Time ( EST)

Job Description:

We are a growing Masonry company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Masonry Estimator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in masonry estimating, including performing accurate take-offs, preparing detailed cost estimates, and creating price listings for projects of varying size and complexity

Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate masonry estimates
• Perform material and labor take-offs
• Develop and maintain price listings and cost databases
• Track project costs and update estimates as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in masonry estimating and construction take-offs
• Strong understanding of masonry materials, methods, and labor requirement
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
