The OD Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency within the Autohub Group. This role involves leading OD initiatives, managing change processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute organizational development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Create structured programs aimed at enhancing various aspects of organizational effectiveness, such as leadership development, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
  • Assess and identify organizational needs and recommend solutions to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and strategies to address areas of concern.
  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze organizational metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on OD activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR, management, and other departments to align OD initiatives with business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote and support OD activities.
  • Stay current with trends and developments in organizational development and automotive industry practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
