SUBJECT TEACHER (Filipino (Mother Tongue), English, Mathematics, Science)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required).

· Valid PRC / LPT or equivalent foreign teaching license (preferred but not required for international candidates).

· Experience in online teaching or blended learning environments.

· Strong command of English (instructional language).

· Proficient in LMS platforms, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.

JOB DETAILS:

Teaching & Learning

· Deliver live online lessons via the VizSchool LMS and approved video conferencing tools.

· Facilitate asynchronous learning through uploaded modules, video guides, and weekly task lists.

· Prepare lesson plans aligned with the VizSchool Curriculum Guide and HFSE academic standards.

· Provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

· Use digital tools to enhance student engagement and learning.

Student Progress & Assessment

· Monitor and track student completion of tasks, quizzes, and participation.

· Administer online assessments following the guidelines of the VizSchool Assessment Framework.

· Prepare narrative feedback and grades according to our letter-based grading system (A, B+, B, C) and awards criteria.

Parents & Communication

· Maintain consistent communication with parents for academic concerns, attendance, and behaviour.

· Attend Parent–Teacher–Child Conferences (online) twice a year.

· Provide weekly updates when necessary regarding student progress or concerns.

Professional Expectations

· Attend mandatory teacher training, onboarding sessions, and coordination meetings.

· Collaborate with VizSchool OIC and curriculum developers for content alignment.

· Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness during working hours.

· Maintain updated records, trackers, and LMS materials weekly.
