We are currently looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to take ownership of our branding and marketing execution across all platforms.

This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, coordination, and consistency — ideal for someone who is organised, creative, and execution-driven.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and executing all brand and marketing deliverables, ensuring that Le Gardien's brand is presented professionally, consistently, and effectively across all channels.

You will work closely with the Founder / Sales Director and external vendors (designers, web developers, printers, etc.) to bring marketing initiatives to life.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content

  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials (logo usage, fonts, colours, tone of voice).

  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as:

  • Company profiles

  • Product brochures
  • Presentation decks
  • Case studies and project sheets
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and external agencies when required.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update website content (Webflow or similar CMS).
  • Prepare and publish content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Support basic SEO, blog content coordination, and content scheduling.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain a marketing calendar and campaign timeline.
  • Track ongoing marketing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Organise and manage all brand assets in shared folders.

Sales & Business Support

  • Support the sales team with customised presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare client-facing materials for tenders, pitches, and meetings.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Good design sense (not necessarily a designer, but can brief and manage designers well).
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe (basic), Webflow (or similar CMS), Microsoft 365.
  • Comfortable working with international teams and senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B, construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services.
  • Experience working with international companies or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or basic analytics.
