Job Summary:

Involves leading audit teams, conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, and reporting findings to the management. Will also supervise junior auditors, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to auditing standards and company policies

Tasks and Duties:

  • Develop and implement audit plans, conduct audits, and oversee the execution of audit tasks by the team
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarize findings, and communicate results to management, including recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that all audit activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas of risk, and propose corrective action plans
  • Prepare and review audit work papers, documenting all audit procedures and findings
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure that identified deficiencies are addressed
  • May be assigned to perform special projects or investigations as needed
