Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical System Installation & Maintenance

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults safely and efficiently.

2. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), local government regulations, and company safety protocols.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for electrical systems.
  • Maintain documentation of permits, inspections, and compliance reports.

3. Supervision & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise electricians and maintenance staff during electrical tasks.
  • Provide training and guidance on correct electrical procedures and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments for electrical-related projects.

4. Project Management

  • Plan, estimate, and oversee electrical projects, including budget, materials, and timeline.
  • Review electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Approve and evaluate work performed by electrical personnel and external contractors.

5. Equipment & System Upgrades

  • Recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements for outdated electrical equipment.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical control systems, including breakers, panels, generators, and emergency systems.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Master Electrician (RME) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)/Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
