Job Summary:
The CRM Clerk will support the Business Development team by maintaining accurate customer and lead data, tracking client interactions, and generating reports to help identify new business opportunities. This role ensures that the CRM system is efficiently used to strengthen relationships, streamline workflows, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all client and lead information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Business Development team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress of leads and opportunities.
- Generate CRM reports and analytics to provide insights on sales activities, client engagement, and performance metrics.
- Assist in lead assignment, follow-ups, and activity scheduling for the Business Development team.
- Ensure timely encoding of meeting notes, proposals, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Help identify potential leads and opportunities through CRM data analysis and segmentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on CRM-driven campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, cleanups, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, data management, or sales support (preferably in a business development environment).
- Knowleadgeable with CRM platforms , or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and other reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and support multiple team members in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead generation or business development support.
- Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of sales and client relationship processes.
