Job Descriptions:

  • Managing the end-to-end operations of a brand's influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Build and handle a pool of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the department to get maximum impact for campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Team-up with the Sports Marketing for the successful deliverance of sports events, promotions and campaigns
  • Process and propose a budget for the KOL's (Key Opinion Leaders) requirements on a timely manner.
  • Analyse, propose and develop the digital campaigns or event plans that will increase the audience's awareness on the brand
  • Provide monthly reporting of the digital campaigns, athletes and influencers, digital marketing activities
  • Provide budget recommendations and allocations across different platforms
  • Propose and execute ads and promotions
  • Continuously explore other digital avenue to increase brand presence
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course
  • At least five 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sports marketing, or related field
  • Extensive passion for sports
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude in fast paced, changing environments
  • Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovative
  • Amenable to work beyond working hours
  • Amenable to travel locally and internationally when the need arises
