Qualification:

  • College level/ Graduate of Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related fields is preferred for larger organization.

  • At least 2-5 years' of logistics experience with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory role, hands-on experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards

Job Description:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff.

  • Organizational Skills: Managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Problem Solving: Handling delays, shortages, or equipment issues quickly.

  • Communication: Clear reporting to management and coordination with other departments.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse software's, barcode system, and Microsoft Office tools.
