Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel and Google Sheets Specialist to design, manage, and optimize spreadsheets and data management systems. The ideal candidate is an expert in data analysis, automation, and reporting using Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced spreadsheet formulas.

This role will support administration by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of data processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex Excel and Google Sheets dashboards for data tracking and reporting.
  • Create and automate reports using Pivot Tables, Charts, and advanced formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, etc.).
  • Design and implement Macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple spreadsheets and databases.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and translate them into effective spreadsheet solutions.
  • Troubleshoot spreadsheet errors, optimize performance, and ensure version control.
  • Convert manual data processes into automated and scalable systems.
  • Integrate Google Sheets with other tools and platforms (e.g., Google Forms, Apps Script, or API connections).
  • Provide training or support to staff in spreadsheet use and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Excel / Google Sheets expert (minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Excel formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables
  • Google Sheets advanced functions and Google Apps Script
  • Macros / VBA scripting and automation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data organization skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with basic SQL or database systems.
  • Experience integrating spreadsheets with Google Workspace tools or APIs.
