Required Skills:

  • Java Programming : Proficiency in full stack Java programming, including the Java Spring framework.
  • Front-End Technologies : Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Database Knowledge : Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Standards and Methodologies : Familiarity with programming standards, naming conventions, and code libraries.

Requirements:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Software Management Systems : Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Maven, and Git.
  • Cloud-Based Development : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Operating Systems : Knowledge of UNIX & Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • AI Technologies : Experience with AI technologies.

  • Software Development and Analysis : Develop, analyze, and support a custom manufacturing data collection application.

Major Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development and Support : Design, develop, and maintain ETL data collection applications.
  • Business Analysis : Analyze business requirements from end users and internal customers, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Coding : Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.
  • Testing : Conduct unit testing and assist with integration and end-user testing.
  • Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing application maintenance and customer support.
