Be part of our client's team as a Workday Integration Consultant where you'll design, build, and maintain robust integrations that power global operations. You will ensure accuracy in data exchanges, manage risks, and align technology with business strategy to deliver high-impact solutions.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT/technology-related roles (consulting, solution architecture, software development)
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions
• Strong background in business architecture, digital technologies, and IT strategy
• Hands-on experience in developing Workday integrations using EIB, XSLT, Document Transform, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Studio
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems
• Workday Integrations Certification (required)
• Knowledge of SaaS applications, deployment models, and DevOps
• Strong grasp of IT operations, infrastructure, application performance monitoring, and/or IT security
• Ability to gather and document technical requirements effectively
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and business principles

What You'll Be Working On

• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services to ensure data quality and dependable information exchange.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems in integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across Human Capital Management and Financial areas.
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding.
• Follow the strategic direction set by client leadership in establishing Workday project goals.
• Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
