Job Description:

 Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.

 Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.

 Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.

 Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.

 Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.

 Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

 Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.

Minimum qualifications:

 Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course.

 Proven experience in the position of interest.

 Physically fit and with no large, visible tattoos.

 With good communication and memorization skills.

 Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

 Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

 Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

 Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate
