  • Preferably Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Communication Technology(ICT), Information Technology(IT)
  • Preferably with BMS Programming experience but not required
  • With working experience in instrument mounting, setup, configuration, and verification, BMS programming, services and maintenance.
  • Ability to build and design BMS systems to monitor and regulate various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, HVAC, lighting, power metering, etc.
  • Knowledge in different BMS brand, such as Niagara, Johnson Controls, etc. is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT and graphic design for BMS is an advantage.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
