These businesses focus on providing a wide array of residential, commercial, and industrial uses of the business units under PCS including Precast, Construction Equipment Sales and Rental, Formworks Systems, Ready-Mixed Concrete, and Facilities Management through our very own Industrial Plant facilities that also houses Precast Plant and Stockyard, Formworks Main Yard, and CELS Motorpool.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement in CONSTRUCTION industry or company. Ability to follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, quotations, and required documents.

• Familiarity with catalog or price list updates and item tracking. Knowledge of purchase order (PO), delivery receipt (DR), and receiving report (RR) processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using ERP systems ( SAP) for procurement or document tracking.

• Strong coordination skills with both external suppliers and internal teams for order follow-ups and compliance. Comfortable managing multi-department collaboration and follow-through on pending issues.

• Knowledge of procurement-related compliance requirements (e.g., BIR forms, DOLE/BOC documentation). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured process environment.
