WE'RE HIRING: OVERALL OUTLET MANAGER

Are you a strong leader with a passion for operations, people management, and driving business growth? Nine Fresh Desserts OPC is looking for an Overall Outlet Manager who can oversee multiple stores, lead teams with confidence, and ensure operational excellence across all outlets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and leads with accountability and integrity.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Operations, or any related field
  • 3–5 years experience in retail, F&B, or multi-store operations Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge in store operations, inventory, sales, and budgeting Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  • Willing to rotate across store locations
  • Proven experience managing teams, sales performance, and store operations
