KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Execution

● Design static and animated visual materials for social media, websites, emails, digital ads, e-commerce platforms, and other marketing channels.

● Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of campaign visuals, in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.

● Assist in the creation of mood boards, presentation decks, and mockups for internal and external use.

Brand Visual Execution

● Ensure all designs reflect the Strokes Eye Beauty Studio identity and align with the brand's premium beauty and self-care positioning.

● Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, and visual language across all service-related assets.

● Support design needs for in-store collaterals, service menus, and point-of-sale materials.

Photo & Video Support

● Assist in capturing and editing content shoots, including x-deals, KOLs, and service-related campaigns.

● Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms using captured or provided footage.

● Retouch product, service, and lifestyle images for campaigns, and promotional use.

Collaboration & Production

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, product development) to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

● Support the Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director in campaign rollouts and branch activations.

● Manage and organize working files, templates, and final assets for archiving and team accessibility.

● Willing to be assigned and provide creative support across branches– Ayala Vertis North (Quezon City), EDSA Shangri-La Mall (Mandaluyong City), One Ayala (Makati City), and Opus Mall (Quezon City) when needed.

Innovation & Improvement

● Stay updated on current beauty, design, and social media content trends relevant to microblading, lash, nail, and spa services.

● Propose creative improvements and new content formats to elevate brand visuals and client engagement. Perform other related duties as required or assigned in support of the studio's creative and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background

● Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Skills

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

● Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, video editing, and motion graphics.

● Familiarity with digital illustration, typography, and layout design.

● Experience with photography, videography, and basic audio editing is an advantage.

Creative & Professional Skills

● Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and design aesthetics.

● Ability to conceptualize and execute multimedia content across different platforms (digital, print, social media, web).

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

● Adaptability to different styles and brand guidelines.

● Collaborative mindset; able to work closely with creative teams, marketing, and other departments.
