About the role

We're looking for an experienced Leasing Officer to join our growing team at Hyundai Laguna Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Pagsanjan Laguna and will involve managing the leasing of our commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively market and promote available commercial properties to potential tenants
  2. Negotiate and prepare lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
  3. Manage the entire leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening and onboarding
  4. Maintain strong relationships with current tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  5. Continuously analyse market trends and identify opportunities to optimise our leasing portfolio
  6. Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on leasing activity and performance

What we're looking for

  1. Graduate of any 4 year Business Course ; With at least 6 months related working experience in a commercial leasing or property management role
  2. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants
  4. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of the commercial property market and relevant legislation
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
