Qualifications – Creative Content Specialist

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.

Core Creative Skills

Strong ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative content across digital platforms (social media, campaigns, websites, and internal communications).

Excellent storytelling skills with a strong sense of visual and brand identity.

Competent in copywriting, creative captions, and campaign messaging.

Ability to translate briefs and business objectives into compelling creative outputs.

Technical & Creative Tools

Proficient in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.

Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing.

Familiarity with content calendars, mood boards, and creative briefs.

Knowledge of current content formats (short-form video, reels, carousels, static posts).

Branding & Strategy

Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and visual consistency.

Ability to maintain and elevate brand aesthetics across platforms.

Awareness of content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.

Basic understanding of performance metrics to improve creative outputs.

Professional & Soft Skills

Highly creative with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet tight deadlines.

Open to feedback and capable of iterative creative improvement.

Self-driven, adaptable, and trend-aware.

Experience

At least 1–3 years of experience in creative content, multimedia, or social media roles (portfolio required).

Entry-level candidates may be considered with a strong creative portfolio or internship experience.
