Hub Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full implementation of company regulations and operational procedures.
• Monitor compliance and ensure all employees are familiar with hub regulations and SOPs.
• Develop and implement solutions to reduce the rate of undelivered or remaining parcels.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of employee needs and actively boost morale within the team.
• Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of hub staff.
• Organize and oversee employee training programs, ensuring post-training application of learned concepts.
• Assist in preparing employee shift schedules, and manage attendance and data reports.
• Oversee and enforce safety standards for hub staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any course, or vocational equivalent related to Logistics.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in hub/warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule (primarily night shifts).
• Can start immediately.
