Position: HR Specialist (Urgent)

Location: Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate HR Specialists to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and compliance with labor standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in employee relations, timekeeping, and recruitment (advantage if with internship or work experience in HR)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced operational requirements
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
• Manage employee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and coordination with payroll for accurate processing
• Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and reports accurately
• Support HR programs such as training, performance management, and employee development initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to provide HR-related assistance as needed
