What you'll be doing

  • Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, payments, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining and updating the company's accounting records and databases
  • Providing support to the finance team in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
  • Participating in the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Helping to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
