Brief Description

The R&D Specialist is responsible for supporting research projects and administrative tasks, gathering, analyzing, and documenting project data, and preparing reports for stakeholders that highlight the outcomes and impacts of research conducted.

Duties  and  Responsibilities

1.     Create trial design plan for each project in relation to customer needs;

2.    Coordinate schedule of trial with the production department;

3.    Set standard parameters and specifications for each new and existing product and processes;

4.    Write technical report for each conducted trial;

5.    Discuss data analysis with stakeholders and internal customers; and

6.    Support research and developmental objectives according to business requirements.
