Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team in a manufacturing plant environment. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth plant operations. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the maintenance and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment used in the manufacturing plant.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operations.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and electrical systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional License (RME/REE) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work onsite and flexible with working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
