Job Scope

  • Responsible for the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the BMS
  • Analyze data from the BMS and document maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for any alarms and equipment concerns
  • What does the job on a day-to-day basis looks like?
  • Monitoring of equipment alarms, encoding of equipment parameters
  • Acknowledge system alarms/faults and report to the immediate supervisor promptly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of BMS, FDAS, NOVEC, VESDA and HVAC systems, Documentation and troubleshooting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as BMS
  • Amenable for 6 days, shifting schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php17,500.00 per month
