Position Summary:

As a Medical Screener, you'll help recruit and pre-screen participants for clinical trials. This requires explaining study details and checking medical eligibility by assessing their medical history and conditions. You'll be at the forefront of clinical research, connecting with potential study participants and guiding them through the screening process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and screen potential study participants by phone, email, and text.
  • Gather and document detailed medical history, medications, conditions, and procedures.
  • Assess participant eligibility based on specific study inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Explain study details, visit schedules, and answer participant questions.
  • Accurately enter data and notes into the system for tracking and compliance.
  • Collaborate with site staff to coordinate next steps for qualified participants.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Prior experience with clinical trial recruiting (including outbound calling)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in the BPO industry
  • Strong PC/typing skills
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Good English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Willing to work on-site
