DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Job Summary:

The Project Officers act as owner's representative at site and responsible for supervision, inspection and monitoring on all aspects with regards to schedule, quality, coordination with contractors and consultants and project turnover.

  1. Functional Duties & Responsibilities:

  2. To coordinate, prepare, submit, monitor and update Project Construction Schedules (PCS)

  3. To coordinate, prepare, submit, monitor and follow-up status of Purchase Requisition (PR) with complete attachments for all Direct Contract Packages and OSM/E based on approved procurement and delivery schedule

  4. To coordinate and manage rectification of all QA/QC non-compliances of each contractor based on approved for construction plan, materials specifications, submittals, code compliance, construction industry acceptable construction methods.

  5. To prepare and submit properly evaluated and endorsed contractor's billing with complete attachments to FLI head office for payment of processing within agreed duration.

  6. To prepare and submit a complete and accurate of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accomplishment report to FLI head office based on set deadlines

  7. To prepare and submit an objective performance evaluation of each contractor and consultant for respective ongoing projects.

  8. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

  9. Job Experience

  10. At least five (5) years of experience in Construction Management

  11. Competencies Required

  12. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Skills

  13. Construction Management background

  14. Excellent organizational and management skills

  15. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

  16. Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Planning and Scheduling

  17. Effective Communicator and good writing skills

  18. AUTOCAD (Optional)

  19. Open for Electrical or Mechanical Project Officers
