About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our dynamic team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is of the highest quality
  • Accurately taking and processing customer orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen team
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, adhering to strict health and safety standards
  • Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure a smooth service
  • Assisting with general front-of-house duties, such as setting up and closing the restaurant
  • Addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
