Job description:

responsible for driving room sales, corporate and group bookings, and walk-in inquiries while delivering excellent customer service aligned with the hotel's brand standards. The role supports revenue growth by developing client relationships, handling reservations, and coordinating with internal hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote hotel rooms, packages, and services to walk-in guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and online inquiries
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual room sales and occupancy targets
  • Handle reservations, quotations, and booking confirmations accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Finance teams to ensure smooth booking and billing processes
  • Update sales trackers, occupancy reports, and customer databases regularly
  • Demonstrate openness and flexibility in performing other sales-related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned to support hotel operations and sales objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel reservation systems
  • Willing to work on-site, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required
