The Loader (Manos) is responsible for the accurate and safe loading and unloading of goods within the warehouse and during the dispatch operations. This incudes handling temperature-sensitive products carefully to maintain product integrity and ensuring that all items are loaded according to the correct delivery schedule and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Load and unload products accurately and safely from trucks, containers, and warehouse staging areas.
  • Ensure that items being loaded match the dispatch list or delivery documents in terms of quantity, product code, and condition.

  • Handle goods with care, especially frozen and chilled items, to maintain cold chain standards.

  • Follow proper stacking and placement procedures to prevent product damage.

  • Coordinate with Checkers and Pickers to ensure all the items are complete before dispatch .

  • Use warehouse tools and equipment properly (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) when handling goods.

  • Observe all safety and sanitation policies inside the warehouse.

  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to the Team Leader or Supervisor.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in loading and staging areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least high School Graduate or equivalent.

  • Preferably with experience in warehouse loading/unloading or cold storage operations.

  • Physically fit and able to work in cold temperature environments.

  • Basic understanding of warehouse documentation is an advantage.

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.

Willing to start ASAP is preferred.
