We seek a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our construction operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and assist with project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize project files, contracts, and records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with procurement tasks, including tracking materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for project teams.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Maintain office inventory and ensure workplace cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a construction or related industry is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php500.00 per day
