We seek a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our construction operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and assist with project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project files, contracts, and records.
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with procurement tasks, including tracking materials and supplies.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for project teams.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure workplace cleanliness and orderliness.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a construction or related industry is preferred but not required.
