What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
