Job Summary

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring inventory records match physical stock, and maintaining high standards of quality control within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in preventing errors, losses, and delays in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure correct items, quantities, and packaging
• Record discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them to supervisors
• Update inventory records accurately in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in checking and staging areas
• Follow warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures
• Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
