PULP LIVE WORLD is also the publisher of PULP Magazine which was founded as the official music magazine of Tower Records Philippines. PULP LIVE WORLD opened Groovy Garden Studios to service various local artist recording needs.

We are looking for INTERNS

PULP Group is currently looking for:

Production Interns

  • FOH (Front of House) Production Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in FOH production preparations prior to each show
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute Front-Of-House materials such as straps, IDs, and signages
  • Handle printing, cutting, and sorting of IDs and directional signages
  • Assist in the inventory management of FOH supplies and materials
  • Act as a FOH show runner during ingress, show day, and egress, supporting various production-related tasks
  • Help ensure FOH areas are properly set up, labeled, and organized

Technical Production Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely assist the Technical Coordinator in the preparation and setup of events
  • Support coordination, monitoring, and follow-ups with technical suppliers
  • Help prepare technical documents, checklists, and show-day requirements
  • Act as the runner and on-ground assistant of the Technical Coordinator during ingress, show day, and egress
  • Assist with basic technical tasks under supervision, ensuring smooth technical operations

Back of House (BOH) Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely assist the BOH Manager during ingress, show day, and egress
  • Help organize BOH requirements and assist in setting up dressing rooms
  • Support inventory and organization of BOH supplies
  • Act as the runner and assistant of the BOH Manager, ensuring timely coordination and communication

General Requirements for all Interns:

  • Interns must preferably have prior experience or a background in school or organizational event production work
  • Must demonstrate an eager, enthusiastic attitude and a strong willingness to learn
  • Must be open to hands-on field work and adaptable to fast-paced production environments
  • Bachelor's degree or coursework in event management, marketing, communications, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Can start Jan 26, 2026
