- Audit and reconcile daily transactions ensuring all discounts, voids, and complimentary items are properly approved.
- Verify room charges, adjustments, POS readings, banquet bills, and cash drops.
- Monitor and witness cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy, sealing, logging, and dual accountability.
- Prepare and submit the Night Audit Summary Report with findings, discrepancies, read confirmations, and supporting documents for validation.
- Escalate irregularities or suspected fraud to the Audit Manager and perform other audit-related tasks as assigned.
