Responsible for ensuring that the company is adhering to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to Anti-Money Laundering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide necessary recommendations to address critical regulatory concerns affecting the company.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies to ensure that the company operates legally and responsibly, especially with regards to Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Collaborate with other departments to properly address compliance issues that may be subject to investigation and identify possible areas of concern.
  • Monitor and ensure the resolution of external audit findings.
  • Ensure periodic reviews of the compliance policy to measure its effectiveness and address deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulators on AML issues and support the management of regulatory examinations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Legal Management
  • At least 3 years of work experience in compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering
  • Proficient in Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
