Job Title : IBM WebSphere MQ Consultant

Location :  CG or UT2 Metro Manila

Shift Schedule : Night Shift, 8pm to 6am Manila

Work Setup : Hybrid, 2 x a week Onsite

Position Type : 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

  • As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main contact person.
  • Your typical day will involve leading the team, making critical decisions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the application development process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
  • Strong understanding of application development processes.
  • Experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration preferably in IBM Mainframe MQ.
