Position: Office Staff – Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service to meet sales targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and sending sales quotations, invoices, and other documents.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product inquiries, orders, and after-sales concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or office work.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
