Installer (Modular)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform accurate installation of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture based on approved plans and measurements.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design layouts to guide installation.
• Conduct on-site assessments prior to installation, including verification of dimensions, layout marking, and identifying potential issues.
• Guide and assist Junior Installers in assembly and installation tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement solutions independently or with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the Head Installer and Project Managers to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, sealing, and finishing work to ensure a professional-quality installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites.
• Document work completed, including installation reports and inventory used.
• Perform post-installation inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Attend project briefings and training sessions as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field
• At least 1 year experience in Modular Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobe Installation
• Fast Learner and willing to adopt new skills if necessary
• Can work on extended hours when needed
• Motivated individual looking to gain knowledge in this industry with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Remarkable experience in installing kitchen cabinets
• Operational knowledge of assembling and installation
• Ability to read the blueprints, plans and various technical drawings is an advantage
• Highly dedicated and focused with a great attention to detail.
• Exceptional multi-tasker who is able to juggle a multitude of projects simultaneously
• Must be work-oriented, dedicated to work and flexible
• Must be organized
• Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations
• Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities
