Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Tax Preparer with signing authority
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, highly knowledgeable in U.S. tax laws, and an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for clients. Strong English communication skills and an accent that closely aligns with a standard American accent are important for ensuring seamless client interactions.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and other tax returns with accuracy and compliance.


• Sign off on completed returns in accordance with IRS regulations.


• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, explain tax matters, and answer questions in a professional and client-friendly manner.


• Conduct tax research and stay current on federal, state, and local tax law changes.


• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client service.


• Identify opportunities for tax planning and advisory support.

Qualifications


• Valid PTIN required & EA


• 6+ years of tax preparation experience with a proven ability to sign off on returns.


• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.


• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a clear, client-friendly speaking style.


• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with professionalism.
