  • Conduct routine inspections of the precast concrete manufacturing facility to identify potential hazards like faulty equipment, unsafe work practices, and hazardous materials.
  • Assess the risk associated with identified hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper usage by workers.
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures aligned with DOLE OSHS regulations.
  • Communicate safety rules and procedures clearly to all employees through toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
  • Promptly investigate all work-related incidents and accidents.
  • Identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of accidents and near misses.
  • Deliver regular safety training programs for all employees, covering topics such as proper lifting techniques, machine operation, chemical safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct on-the-job safety training for new employees and refresher courses for existing workers.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and standards set by DOLE.
  • Coordinate with government inspectors during site visits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Preparing and submitting all compliance report to all government agencies that requires it, on a promptly manner.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Conduct emergency drills and ensure employees are familiar with emergency procedures.
  • Prepare detailed safety reports on inspections, incidents, and training activities for management review.
  • Maintain comprehensive safety records and documentation as required by DOLE regulations.
