Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate assigned electric taxi vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules. Ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and other relevant records.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely transport services to passengers.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle environment at all times.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (battery level, tires, lights, brakes, cleanliness, etc.).
  • Report any maintenance needs, damages, or irregularities to the Fleet Supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, registration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, charging logs, and passenger transactions.
  • Remit all collected fares and payments promptly through company-designated channels (e.g., Xpress Driver App, Cebuana Lhuillier, or other authorized remittance centers) in accordance with company protocols and cut-off times.
  • Follow assigned schedules, routes, and dispatch instructions to ensure on-time service.
  • Charge and monitor EV batteries as required to maintain operational readiness.
  • Uphold safety and security protocols for passengers and company property..

Qualifications:

  • Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of professional driving experience (taxi, TNVS, or transport service preferred).
  • Familiarity with local routes, traffic regulations, and road safety practices.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
