Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing job and manpower audit programs to assess functional relationships, evaluate job value, and enhance process efficiency. The role focuses on identifying operational gaps, redundancies, and non-essential functions, recommending strategic interventions to improve organizational performance and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate job and manpower audits to evaluate functions, processes, and workforce allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Analyze workflows to remove non-value-adding steps, reduce man-hours, and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and conduct job analyses to determine role significance, effectiveness, and alignment, making redesign recommendations where necessary.
  • Provide technical expertise in workload reviews and manpower deployment to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Assess manpower requests from departments to validate the necessity of roles and functions.
  • Oversee organizational reviews aimed at job simplification, standardization, and the identification of core versus non-core activities, including restructuring or outsourcing recommendations.
  • Support organizational diagnostics by reviewing work structures, workforce, equipment, and materials, and assisting in workplace climate surveys.
  • Perform management support studies using methodologies such as time and motion studies, work sampling, business process mapping, and queuing analysis.
  • Research and recommend best practices and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Guide team members in performance goal setting, reviews, and career planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and information protection policies.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
