Duties and Responsibilities:

2. Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluating student work through exams, assignments, and other assessments, and providing feedback to students.

3. Research: Conducting research, publishing findings, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their field.

4. Academic Advising: Providing guidance and support to students on academic matters.

5. Community Engagement: Participating in department meetings, committees, and other activities to support the academic institution.

6. Professional Development: Staying current with developments in their field and participating in relevant training and conferences.

Job Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree.

2. Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is an advantage.

3. Licensure: If applicable

4. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective teaching and interaction with students and colleagues.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are needed for effective collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.
