Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing, work with sales and production teams. Logistics and Distribution: Manage transportation, negotiate contracts, optimize routes.
Staff Management: Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety standards, conduct audits, maintain cleanliness. Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies, utilize data for continuous improvement.
